Is this the fake DR where you create backlinks to different country google domains? MOZ still shows this as counting to increase score but others like SEMRush don't.. And it does nothing for your actual SEO in terms of google seeing you as authoritative.

Thanks for your concern but we are not using Google Redirects anymore. DR and DA will be boosted via PBN Posts, Guest Posts and Diversity links. It will never rank your website in first positions obviously but add a lot of diversity to your backlinks profile. So it's not fake or damaging your rank in any way.
