Besides, trade PayPal to anything has +12-15 % fee, and that's not reasonable.
The easiest and highest demanding payment to can receive usd is crypto and stealth paypal and I'm looking for a way to decrease fees and risks

Option 1 : Go on freelancer websites ( Fiverr, upwork etc) find services related to paypal, Giftcards , coupons or crypto currency and talk with everyone of them manually and ask if they are ready to create a gig for you where you send them paypal money and they send you crypto. If even a single person agrees you can say I'll be your regular customer.
Imagine you want around $500-$1000 and they charge $5 - $10 for service you will still save money, right?
It'll also ensure safety for both of you !!

Yes but its harder to do so as they have to go through their bank/card company and hope they reverse it.
