Seeking Professional GMB Spam Fighter

Running into a wall -

In my niche there are tons of "verified" businesses with prove-ably ghost addresses, and no trace of the business on street view or any photos of signage. Yet Google refuses to do anything except a temp suspension from which they come back in a matter of hours.

I have gone as far as to contact the residential building to obtain a signed letter from the HOA saying the business doesn't exist there (they arent happy with people showing up either), and attached this to the redressal form. Submitted this with an excel sheet of shortened links to pictures of the entrance, hallway, door, etc. No permanent action seems to come.

Another listing is somehow verified at a hotel, using their same address without a unique modifier. And has ~80 fake reviews.

I am seeking someone either by continuous reporting or other strategies that is able to finally put the nail in the coffin of purely lead gen sites around me which don't pay rent while I do.

If someone has a reliable or go-to service. I am willing to pay a considerable fee for permanent deletion.

Or perhaps some strategy I am missing other than escalating in the google forums. Would love to hear a success story. Thanks.

Do better than what they’re doing. Reporting people’s sites is messed up.

There's a bit of history here. The first one mentioned ripped my site word for word and spun it a few years ago. Also review attacked the business multiple times. This was always the last thought on my mind, but eventually what do you do. And yes that's always the strategy - do better.

Well one thing I’ve learned is to flood your competition out. If I’m promoting a particular service, I will make 5 properties and rank them all to be results 1-5 and they all lead back to me, but to others they all look different. Completely dominate the market. They have fake lead gen GMBs.. so you need them too.

I thought about that today. I've just recently gone down a rabbit hole of reporting GMBs to understand it since he tried everything he could to mark me closed twice, yet we are a physical office and he's not at all.
Also looking into the Vicinity Update in December and how that seemed to favor two or more location businesses. So it may be more advantageous now to call them all the same and start a chain.
