The guy in the avatar is actually me. My face might be obscured, but it would be weird seeing someone else with the same avatar. Also, I wouldn't want another moderator thinking you were trying to impersonate a staff member as some people do that to trick other users.

Not that I know of.

What colour would you change it to, if you could though? I can always just make one for you real quick in Photoshop; it wouldn't be very difficult.

It's .ai. Open it in Illustrator and export the file to .png or .jpg as that's what the forum allows for avatars.

If you need the image to be bigger, you can just use this one:

Keep in mind that users will only ever see the image as big as 192x192, so you don't need to upload a massive version of the image as your avatar.

If you'd rather make it yourself, the font for the 'M' is Arial. Jr. VIP blue is #03c. Make the 'M' #000 and set the opacity for the 'M' to be around 85% or so.
