Cant send dms to new chats

I had this problemas for about 30hours now

Whenever i send a DM message to a follower, i get error message. But no popup

Ive had DM restrictions before, but never like this..

Cant send any message to a profile that doesnt already have a conversation

anyone with the same problem?

Same problem, at least 4 different devices and connections. Mobile and emulator

Did you send mass DMs from the same accounts before?
Maybe due to this you have received a shadow ban.

It is an old account. Lots of activity

No automation, just android emulator

And it is a commercial account, so move on is an issue

I consistently send 125 new messages total, to followers per day. Thoughout the day (12 hours), in a very spaced and non robotic way

I've had some restrictions such as popups "We have limited how often you can do certain actions, such as dm..." but this time, theres no notification at all

Just error on creating a new chat

That's way too above the limits, The max limits are 40-60 a day. 120 is not what a warmed up account could do as well.

Yes, this is a very high limit.
To play it safe you should not send more than 40-60 DMs per day.

Even 60 is too high, 40 should the upper echelon for both aged and warmed accounts.

If your account has been restricted multiple times, then it's possible it got restricted again without a notification. Actually, I have had this issue before as well and for me it got fixed within 24 hours. It could be possible you have hit the limit of DMs on your account.

try a new account with low pm rate 10-20 go back to your
other account in a week or 2 and try it again. stay below 40

probably you got shadowbanned. Just wait a bit and dont do too much actings on instagram. After a while it will be fixed by itself. If you sent too many DMs or someone reported you that could be the reason for that
