My Google Adsense Publisher Account has been suspended and in the email they sent me, they told me the following "Policy Violations" but I really do not understand some of these, how can I be obscuring ads when Adsense runs them? And what in the world is a encouraging accidental clicks?

If anyone can give me some guidance or pointers on what I need to do moving forward especially with these reasons which don't really make any sense, I'll add the violation descriptions below,.

Cheers.

Violations found:

Google-served ads on screens with replicated content:
We do not allow Google-served ads on screens:

  • with content embedded or copied content from others without additional commentary, curation or otherwise adding value to that content. You are also required to comply with our intellectual property abuse policy.

Encouraging accidental clicks: Layout:
Why was this action taken against my account:

Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads in any way. This includes any implementation that may cause accidental clicks, such as:

  • Placing ads near clickable content such as https://notifications.google.com/g/p/AKWoLQjdMhHCa2W1ojt0IPMEsWihXICP_-BgshO-Ykcs78nqnGXPrYZVh3won-vmyDTvU-N7HO8CkXWu67HGBVoK_vZ0TF4UVd633177eUzpfWykW_cmzxhk48Tuvphu9nB-, site links or any navigation bars
  • Implementing the ads https://notifications.google.com/g/p/AKWoLQg77FgOGYX-2zJrkvrsSFn9D-FRe_0-PaFNjgbONrQ3j3m68ZX4VAF4nGmmjBve8GxdS9iMbJvpVuMe-wxD-AgAV3Cupw6ufYWfw2N3rkdPchSNVZenKeaIgDQdhwJ49LRrT56fiwrIz_YZfqT5g3B7pHGQWx-O5X2nQrgY for other site or app content
  • Ad implementation that can be overlapped with drop-down or expandable content

Content obscuring Google-served ads:
We do not allow:

  • content that fully or partially obscures Google-served ads.

Modified ad code: Resizing Ad Frames:
MODIFIED ADS: Publishers are not permitted to alter the behaviour of Google ads in any way. This includes resizing ad frames to cut off parts of ads or hiding the Ads by Google moniker.

Encouraging accidental clicks: That can be several things like putting ads near social share buttons, above the fold, having popups or other elements getting over the ads, and the list goes on. Google never liked very much ads above the fold, or in places where it encourages clicks by mistake. Check your CTR placements and you'll probably find the culprits.

Google-served ads on screens with replicated content: I don't need to say much about this. If you have copied content (might include images) that will happen.

Modified Ads: Check plugins, scripts, css, etc.. that might be changing or cutting down your ads.

If you still have an appeal button, fix all the problems first or you'll get a permanent ban on the appeal.
