Didn't know where to post this and apparently, it hasn't been mentioned in the forum so let's go.

Twitch has its own "currency" which is called Twitch Bits. 1 bit = 1 bald eagle cent.
You buy 100 bits for $1.40 and donate them to your favorite streamer and he/she can exchange these bits for $1.00 and then withdraw.

Nothing interesting here aside from Twitch shaving your arse. However, if you VPN into Turkey 100 bits now will cost you 11.20 TRY which according to Google is $0.60 at the time of writing this.

So basically, you donate $1 and it costs you $0.60 to do so. Also, there are discounts as you "donate" more.

This information is for educational purposes only.

PS. Apparently, this has been existing for years now and is still not "patched".

I live in Turkey. Worth to try.The dollar rate is very volatile in our country. and there are some economic problems. I think it is a problem caused by the constantly fluctuating exchange rate.

I tried this with subs but only got the amount that they paid for in their own currency converted to dollars. I'm sure they patched it for bits too, not sure though might have to try it.

You missed the point man. Heard of the good old cheap Steam games by tricking Steam you're in Turkey? Crypto arbitrage? All these have one thing in common, get it for a better price.
Look at it like this;

- Twitch sells 100 bits for $1.40 => (The watcher gets 100 bits. Twitch gets $0.40 "commission" for 100 bits, and a potential streamer could get these 100 bits and withdraw them for a $1)
- 100 bits = $1 (For you as a streamer -for withdrawal)
- For Turkey, the price is cheaper. They charge 11.20 Turkish liras for every 100 Bits. Resulting in technically buying 100 Bits for ~ $0.60 -After conversion via the exchange rate in USD (Including fees)

Then, you can donate the 100 bits to yourself from another account, which results in ACTUALLY EARNING $0.40 in profit (You paid $0.60 in USD after conversion from TRY for the 100 bits -because you've donated yourself $1 worth of bits that cost you $0.60 to purchase -Including their fees, you profit $0.40). - *And that's the best part of this method

BASICALLY, TWITCH GETS %40 OF A DOLLAR YOU'D POTENTIALLY DONATE TO A STREAMER (THE PRICE VARIES BUT YOU GET THE POINT)
And for Turkey, Twitch 'allows' to afford the same digital product for less (To Twitch themselves in profit after conversion to USD)

* Also the usual stuff, the more you buy ("in bulk") the "Cheaper" it becomes to you AKA wholesale.

To save you a potential re-read basically for Turkey the bits are cheaper but they are worth the same so once you donate the bits to a US-based streamer (for the sake of the example), he gets the worth of the bits in his currency, which is usually $1 for 100 bits. -Thing is, you purchased them for $0.60 technically, since Twitch allows the same product for cheaper since you're 'based in Turkey'

Basically buy for cheaper and donate to yourself for the "whole" price according to your country. Don't let the extra $0.40 confuse you. That's just the fee Twitch charges for the purchase. The streamer gets the full dollar for the 100 bits.

* Also this method was seen in one of the "buy-sell" ebooks a while ago so prepare for this method to get patched. But let's keep the high spirits and %100 positivity for those willing to try it. I can almost guarantee the saturation of this method since the 'ebook' version of this method has already been leaked into forums with over 20 reply pages in the thread months ago. Not to mention the types we all love that think letting the corporates know there's a vulnerability being abused for a pat on the shoulder or bounty they'll never get.

But i wish the best of luck for you man and i wish you'll strive to succeed ;) Especially when some issues aren't fixable that easy. Better believe that. They need an effective solution to maintain their Turkey based users without potentially hurting them and making them feel left behind or at any disadvantage. Did the same for Canva and if i'm correct, last time it showed something like 600 rupees which is basically less than $8 so i think OP is sharing something of heavy value and doing an incredible job inspiring the creative juices to all the members on the forum reading this post. These opportunities are everywhere

This sounds nice in theory, have you actually tested this?

To be honest, man I haven't. BUT THE BASE IDEA OF THIS METHOD WORKS! If you're interested in implying it on other platforms you can try, hopefully, someone with time on their hands will confirm.
I've seen these so-called arbitrages plenty of times in the crypto community and it also worked on Steam years ago. Same country, Turkey. Also Canva with an India-based account and by the way my mind is working i never take advantage of these methods (Canva is a subscription thing, set and forget. If it gets fixed, it's alright since i already use it occasionally)

But these methods are legit. You can buy cryptos from small projects listed on exchange networks like Binance and actually buy them for cheaper and send them to your wallet then sell them on Binance for profit. But it takes a 3-digit investment to see a 2-digit profit which is really high. This method is a great way to inspire our minds making it semi-universal for many other platforms and services so i definitely see it as a solid method
