from your flag, it looks like you are from EU. the expiry says 4pm and server time i think its us time but i might be wrong. And it also mentions "Later Today" which means it has not expired yet

When it has expired, you will see status expired and not later today.

Like others said, it's going to expire in about an hour a half from now. Once it expires, assuming you do not receive any new warnings in that short amount of time, you will be able to submit a thread for review in the marketplace.
