Search “iphone 6 ios 15.7 jailbreak” on google and Redmond Pie & Pangu8 are the software developers since way back when.

You can’t. There’s no jailbreak for 15 and up (yet). Go to the jalibreak subreddit, it’s pretty active. I’m on iOS 13 and won’t update because of this.
