Depends what country you are from too I guess, but creator fund is not available where I am. Hard to believe im in a tier 1 country too

Those accounts will get sold after some time, and then they will build new pages again.

I see a few of these TikTok accounts with lots of followers and views etc.. but can't figure out how they are monetizing their channel.

Anyone got any ideas?

thats not 100% true, tiktok is good for monetize but its not the main monetize method for most shops(it should be)
