Why doesn’t BHW provide escrow to handle the amount of scams, i got scammed off for 1000$ Trying to buy accounts from multiple people so kinda butthurt

one of them was a member since august 2007 and still ended up scamming for 350$

if BHW provides escrow for simple deals atleast in return for some % of money the scam will be reduced by half.

there are 120 or more pages of Shitlist amd i only went through 2 of them so you can imagine the total number of amount people have been scammed for.

One of the fastest ways of escrow is to use Upwork, however, for amounts lower than $1,000 there is a 20% fee involved.
BHW operates legally, and the amount of paperwork they need to keep the money even for short periods is crazy.

I don't see them operating as Escrow anytime soon.

because there’s a market and for ease of BHW users and its easier to use a service we are already on and knows what is happening instead of using one of the thousand other escrow services which takes shit ton time and once in dispute they dont understand it.

Also may i ask whats stupidity in trusting a member for 350$ to buy account who is here since august 2007 15 years on BHW and have history and is also a jr vip member

Upwork is not a escrow service not even close its a freelancing site

Paypal doesn’t work in my country atleast and it has dispute issues and also high fees if its a business account. Apart from fees the dispute thing makes it complicated and the money goes on hold too

He meant that you have to take the seller to a dinner before,know him in person,his parents ,his family, spend with him some months till you trust him and than you can buy from him

We don't currently offer an escrow service - But this is something that is in Marketplace 2 - so it's coming in the next 6 months. Considering the number of transactions that happen on BHW 10-15 approved shits lists per month aren't that high but clearly, we'd like it to be lower.
Always remember age on the site isn't the only contributing factor you need to consider.

There are many pages on the shitlist going back to 2007 - https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/dispute-resolution.31/page-120 but $47k of scams isn't strictly accurate for scam sales on BHW when you go beyond the subject lines.

Or just read their profile and see if, based on their previous posts, they are the sort of member you'd do business with. IE if they just list bumps on their sales thread then this may not be the merchant for you. However if they post detailed articles about the topic you're shopping for and show their knowledge on the subject then consider purchasing from them?
