I Have A Question About GSA SER

I want to know about the backlink report that would show (on any tool like Semrush or Ahref or even Uber Suggest) after configuring GSA SER Well. I am considering an expert has configured for you and you have stated the specific niche that you want the backlinks to originate from.

So the question...

Will the majority of the backlinks be niche specific or it will be general (or even random) niche/topics backlinks?

N.B. I am not asking to configure myself. I am asking so as to guide my decision if I should buy such a service.

GSA SER is not used for niche specific backlinks. It’s used for tiered link building spam. All the websites it can spam on are full of spam. Those websites aren’t about anything since they are full of spam. There is no niche.

If you are wanting niche specific backlinks I highly suggest you do not use GSA SER. Do outreach for guest posts or link insertions. Get PBN links from the marketplace. Anything (almost) but GSA SER.

GSA can be used for 1st tier as well, if you set up the correct settings such as low obl 30 for blog comments etc.. and always write the comments by yourself, not which has already set in the tool.

@OP: GSA is for general link building purpose, for niche specific go for guest posting or outreach services.

Thank you for the clarification.

You are welcome. Another thing to be aware: many of the contextual link engines in SER are failing when they shouldn’t be/broken or dead CMS. There’s not many valuable contextual link targets left. SER currently seems best for spamming comments and redirects/url shortener (does not pass any value).

If you want software that builds these types of links I recommend you look at Ranker X instead. It can post to all the same content management systems that SER can. And more like Web 2.0 that SER has never and will never support (too much work).

I used SER just a few months ago for a few months. I think it might be at end of life as far as development is concerned. Very unimpressive results compared to years past when it comes to verified contextual links.

Yeah I think it's on it's last legs unless they start using actual headless browsers for submissions

They made a new theme for it recently after 10+ years. It’s like washing your car when the head gasket is hemorrhaging oil onto the exhaust and needs immediate repair to continue running lol

I disagree, you just need to know how to operate it.
I get very impressive results with GSA SER
you need:
1. Strong machine, capable of >1000 threads and keep below 20% CPU
2. > 1000 fast proxies (for submission)
3. > 10 catchall emails with fast email server.
2. clean updated target lists, you can find providers in this forum.
3. GSA CB + xevil6
4. Good content for T1 - ArticleForge+WordAI preferred.

Then you need to build tiered structure. and click the start button.

If you have less than 50 VPM, it means you have a bottleneck somewhere

This does not refute my statements about broken/under performing engines. You are talking about the BASIC usage of the software. But you have ignored the fact that the majority of the engines for contextual links are broken or underperforming.

So that’s fine if you disagree with me. Just know that you and I are talking about two different things in regard to the stock software.

Your reply is literally irrelevant to the post you quoted.

The problem is that most of the time very few links are indexed.
What are your experiences with indexing?

broken and underperforming?
it depends how you create and maintain your target lists.
I have > 10,000 working contextual targets and reach over 50 VPM for contextual only.

if the submission performance decrease over time - replace emails and proxies (do that once a week if you want to keep it high)
if verification performance decrease - clean your target lists. target list should be always updated and cleaned. buy / scrape new constantly, clean the lists from failed and duplicates.

100% agree with you.
be aware: you can use GSA for spamming or you can use it as a helping tool to save time. and submit your links in many of the contextual link targets within a short time.
So, spamming or not. is only how you using

This has nothing to do with the engine files, or with what I am talking about.

Let me try to help you understand once more ->

Be sure to tell SER to save a failed submission list so that you have all of your failed domains. After you do that and you have ran a project for a while open the wordpress directory in the failed list. Look at the websites SER failed on. You’ll be able to manually register on many of them. This will be proof that the wordpress engine is underperforming. Do this for any other engine you are curious about. Your eyes will be opened.

Before I made zennoposter templates for the underperforming contextual engines, I had thousands of domains in those failed lists that I should have been able to post to with SER. With zennoposter templates I coded myself now I am able to post to thousands more domains.

Underperforming engines doesn’t have to do with your identified link list, like you wrongly mentioned. Underperforming engines has to do with the code in the engine files that instructs SER how or where to register and post. If the code isn’t valid SER is going to fail. In many of those engine files there are steps that don’t need to be there at all and that is why some engines are totally broken. Tell me the last time you got a link from easy blog? LOL

Do you understand now?

the fact that you could squeeze more from the engines, doesn't mean that the current ones can't get you results.

I'm using the current ones and get ranked first page after 2-3 months on medium KD keywords and 8-12 months on hard KD keywords.

I currently have >10,000 contextual working targets.

probably I could get much more with your templates, but the current ones bring me results, means GSA SER brings me results, and that's what important.

10000 verified contextual targets is good. but how many are actual articles? 200-300? At most? The rest are forum profile, comment, and signatures like in my verified list? Those are worthless. They don’t get crawled or indexed.

Are you getting ranked in google US search with SER? Or what? Even on easy keywords SER is not ranking my websites above position 50-80 in US search. PBN is working pretty much exclusively other than some high quality nofollow links (business citation websites and social media links).

I ran a proper contextual tiered link campaign for almost 4 months this year. No dice on traffic from search.

And you can look through my posts. I’ve always been a huge supporter of SER and have ranked many websites and parasites over the years. So you know I’m not blowing smoke up your rear here. In my case for google US search SER is just not worth the time and expense. :/

3023 working article targets.

this is the only market I target, on average >50% of the clicks come from US.

first page in US, 2-3 months for mid KD keyword, 8-12 months for hard KD keyword.
I target ONLY > 10K vol keywords, as these keywords can also bring you more traffic from page 2-3, than low volume keywords on page 1.

Listen, I invest a lot of time in perfecting the list, and I bet I miss a lot of potential targets, BUT of course this isn't all.

I wish I had the knowledge to do what you're doing and making the failed targets work. but I don't, so currently I do what I know.

I use a really huge multi-tier structure, to squeeze every possible juice, and in order to be able to maintain all this, the VPM must be fast.
an average multi-tier project will end up with > 1M-2M backlinks on all tiers.

You'd be surprised the juice that "spammy" links like shorteners and exploits can give your campaign when used correctly in the project. this is something I've checked over and over again and the results are clear.

I'm well aware what's the common opinion about how to use GSA SER "correctly", but I'd recommend people to stop believing everything they read (including what I say :) ) and start testing the boundaries.

So you’re scraping your own list? Or are you buying them?
