adsense crazy CPC anyone took advantage

Hi i don't understand how adsense pay so much I just accidentally googled some top paying keywords and found lawayer related keywords pay around $40 I was thinking 1$ 2$
but after some thoughts yes knowing how much lawyer makes and that people are desperate in most cases it could be a case
But questions is how its not defrauded??? because adsense blogger could ask hos friends just go to his blog and click on ads???
$40 is very serious money for just one click
also does it matter what traffic site have does it need to be organic seo or just any visitor click and blogger get paid

it really blown my mind but maybe there is some catch like always

These are cpc estimations for search, while Adsense is for display traffic.
There's some sort of correlation between search and display, but it's getting less and less correlated the more display advertising is becoming more interest based rather than placement based.

Just bear in mind that the higher the cpc, the higher your organic competition will be, and as much as people like to think that organic traffic is free, it's very expensive.
