Yes u can repost some video but first you must add something, like a video of gta gamplay under the original video that you want repost

It's TikTok where 90% of the content is reposted. I don't think TikTok have a rule against reposting but if you want to be sure add a random clip under the video like a clip from GTA V where the person is driving a car.
