Which platform?

I'm new to BHW, I hope I don't get too much by asking and I hope I do not violate the rules.
I need to find an Affiliate platform for our affiliate program. I found CJ (I think the best right now) and Clickbank (seems a scam).
Our Core Business is to produce mobile applications for small businesses.

Which platform should we use to sale/advertise our services? Dou have any idea? Our main markets are US, Canada, UK, Australia and Italy.

Clickbank isn't scam they are probably the 1st affiliate network of all time.
They are all good - don't think it's smart wasting time about choose network just start work and change to try between the works.

Welcome to BHW. Also, you can go with any platform as long as you are receiving good response you can switch in between to get a hang of other platforms and choose the best according to you.
