WordPress Experts, Need your help please.

Hi all,
I'm HIGHLY interested in creating a WP site like this for example :
http://www.housemd.info/
http://www.watchcsimiami.net/

Even clone it, anyone can give me some tips on how to achieve this mission?

First you need WP obviously, then find some theme that you like.
Then use C*P*A*LEAD.
Both sites are using C*P*A*LEAD.
It allows you to set up survey or several choices for surveys for which one needs to be completed before the visitor can view the material.
As for the rest, the content is all on you.

Both sites you have found are owned by the same person using the same if not similar theme.

This is pretty funny, you haven't told me ANYTHING new that I don't know already. and I'm a member of C-P-A for over a year now .. lol

I'm having problem regards creating this kind of theme ...

You should have asked a more direct question then and asked for the theme he was using.

All that is, is a simple 1-column theme that has been altered to look the way it does.
You can easily do the same thing.

Here is an example of a theme you can edit that is a 1-column theme

You can change the colors to whatever you want, and change the top image to any show you want.
