Review of this Service: received 25 Static Residential Proxies immediately after payment. Intended use of the proxies are for Instagram Management.
Upon loading them onto Instagram, I received confirmation that 7 of the 25 proxies register as a US IP on the platform. Although these locations that showed on the APP were NOT what was shown from their IP checker sites, they were US IP's to Instagram so no problem on my end. The others, however, were NOT US locations on the platform. But they were only on their IP checker sites.
Reached out to support for replacements of the 18 non-US proxies, and was told my IP checker was outdated & offered to deliver a refund if I wasn't satisfied. Logged into one of my accounts with one of their non-US-registering IP's and confirmed with screenshot what I shared in OP, just to have them confirm my "checker" was outdated.
Received a response to "verify" that they show up as US according to their tests. No confirmation or acknowledgement about the validity of my direct platform proof of a non-US IP. No response yet about replacing those proxies (at the time of writing, they only replace once per month after processing billing). So it's likely I will ask for a refund since this advertising of US IP's is based on select results they've chosen. If they were willing to replace the proxies based on the proof I submitted, just as I asked for, I'd give this service a long-term try.

This service may work for someone who doesn't need them for Instagram (or social media in general) if you need geo-specific locations because you will likely (from my sample) not get that. Additionally, they are not willing to work with you to ensure you do. Instead they will say "LOOK AT WHAT OUR TEST SAYS" and ignore your empirical evidence to avoid dealing replacements. It's hard for me to believe its difficult to service replacements, and that their immediate solution from the first response was to request a refund. This tells me this is a low-effort product, likely a reseller or some other owner who just wants low-effort cash and will assume few will call them out for their service to threaten their profits. For these reasons, in this specific use case, bad support, service and wouldn't recommend this service.

After writing my review, and the OP responded with "PM sent," I received this briefly kind message, which reveals the owner as the support chat, in my client area inbox (rather than what I would expect, a BHW PM which we already briefly had).
Subtle, but they made a point to communicate my incompetency after having a very clear conversation where they were unwilling to perform the exact native test I did, native on the platform with an account logged in. Unfortunately, this further highlights the unprofessional nature of this owner AND the exact sentiments expressed in my review quoted for reference.
It's clear they never used their proxies on Instagram beyond loading the front page, and that response merely wanted to blow off some steam since I had not replied to their previous message 2 days ago saying in a lot of words "they work for instagram" and "check anywhere but that platform that I will use them on and let know what it says."
I have asked for a refund officially after receiving their message. To which if they feel offended enough to not process it, even though its within their 3 day trial refund, I will shitlist them or process the equivalent of a chargeback. It says something I have to consider such an action for a simple service. After that subtle passive aggressive response to this review, I HIGHLY DON'T recommend this service. Simply because there are other services out there that have serviceable proxies with better or more clear support. Especially when what you expect from your proxies isn't delivered.
