its game of trust....finding trusted vendors/network.
never seen escrow. on bhw at least you have the shit list. but not everyone is on bhw. however there are other websites and forums dedicated to just that -- private advertising campaigns. there you can find reputation systems in place. just due your due diligence. rep can be easily faked these days with smurf accounts.
