Any hope to create bing ads accounts?

Hey, I tried a lot of ways to create bing ads accounts with my real different credit, prepaid and debit cards.. I always get banned when I add the payment method. I even tried vcc from moneylion and it didn't work. I hear something called residential ip and I don't understand what is it and who provides it. Can anyone help me create an account?

You can try 911. re thy provide resident ip by the way its not promotion i will use there service since 3 Years. But frist o falut you can directly contact bing support they are friendly and thy also help you a lot

I can show you some steps that should help you successfully create new bing accounts
 
I have made an account with hostinger vps dedicated ip and it was suspended as well after 10 hours
 
Any idea what’s causing these accounts to be banned? It’s ridiculous to be banned literally at sign-up and adding a payment method.
Happened to me last week.
 
I can not create a bing ads account, blocking a day after creation. In the choice of payment bank transfer. I asked my friends to create an account from their PC. Jobs were placed on the exchanges. Always ukazyvabtsya different source data. The result is the same, 1 day after adding the billing address (bank transfer), the account is blocked. The companies in the Bing account are not even created, the blocking just comes. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?

I'm also having the same problem, when I put the card, I get a lock, any solution?
 
Still no ideas why this is happening even with different countries, IP's ; computers and cards?
They are worst than Google now....
 
I think a lot of people don't create accounts directly with bing ads, but use one of their partners.
