Depends what you want to do with the coins

Revolut has a built-in crypto section but you won't get to transfer the coins in your wallet.. You can execute buy/sell orders like trading so if you dont plan to use the coins then that should work for you.

You could try Skrill that also has crypto buy and sell service.

And you can deposit on your Skrill account with debit and cc and also prepaid option Paysafecard.

Some websites let you sell from Skrill to buyers btc address for a nice premium.
