Bio Link dont show when view on web browser?

Hi everyone, i have a problem with bio link Instagram. I create new account and add link after 2-3 days but bio link dont see when view on web browser, it just can see in app. And no one click this link when i F/U, have any chance shadowban or fresh account can't add bio? Im working with cpa. Thanks
