Frustrated With Bing Ads/Microsoft Ads

Hi!
From past one month I am having a tough time creating a Bing Ads/ Microsoft Ads account. i've tried different machines, RDPs, proxies already. The accounts get blocked within 24 hours of creation. Is anybody around here who was able to create an account successfully recently can share some tips or tricks would be highly appreciated.

Do you add the same payment details to all the accounts you create?

I guess you need to keep contacting Bing about the situation. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.
