How Do You Index Your Backlinks?

Hello everyone,
I have tons of Backlinks that made with RankerX but not the 1 of them is indexed.
I tried to create manually profile and web 2.0 Backlinks but still there is no indexed backlink.
Is there any free method to index them?

There are several free strategies to index your backlinks, but they take time and effort if you have hundreds of backlinks. So I buy just indexed services and submit the links for them to be indexed.
