I run an account on my computer from quite some time. In incognito, I created a new account but it was banned instantly. Has Facebook changed something?

You need to use an anti-detection browser to cover up your fingerprint. I recommend you investigate software such as Multilogin, Dolphin Anty, Incognitón.

You may need to use another browser or create new browser profile and use it to create new Facebook account.
Be careful that don't post anything on couple first days of creation, just create, open Facebook for couple days.
After couple days of creation, do some posts, but no URL. Join one or two groups.... but don't post anything, just like or comment to the other posts.

Doing like that for around 1-2 months, your account will good and you can start doing what you want.

Most likely the proxy used, ned residential or mobile I believe. Data centre proxy + instaban, same for Instagram (rhymes with instaban too)

You need to know the proper set up, what you're doing is basically putting a big red arrow over your head

Exactly, Use something like GoLogin which has a built-in tester for IP/Location leaks. Make sure you use high-quality proxies or even better, a premium VPN.

Proxies yes. VPN, from my experience and what it's worth, don't

You Should check Dns Leak on your IP address too, the server should match with your ISP and location too

Same! The recommendation for you is that don't create so many new accounts on the same computer and with one proxy. You could buy an aged old account, which is stable for running ads and doing something

please use a different ip or buy an account from agency

We make 2,000 FB accounts weekly and we have no issue at all. You must use 4g ips on them and also save cookies on each of the account.
