Hello everyone.

I started helping someone to do some marketing for her onlyfans account and I ended up negotiating to become her manager meaning that I'll do everything except the content.

- Marketing and Social Media management (Do research and organize promos, PAY for them, post on Social Media )
- Account management (Post, talk to fans, paywalls schedule)
- Edit pictures and schedule photo shoots
- etc

That means all she has to do is content, be professional and constant. My question is, if I'm going to give all of this, is asking for a 40-50% too much? It'd be better to specify 20% for me but then she has to pay everything from her percentage?

Yeah same here, however 20% would be fine if I hadn't have to pay for all the promos right?

You can always quote high and bring it down later. After all, you will be the one doing all the heavy lifting as the manager.

Do not cheapen what you do, 50% is fair and set out systems as you find out what works and what does not work. Plenty of content up front and clarify when she needs to give you content. You will know after the first month how invested / motivated she is and how well she is going to do on OF. Good luck!

Well, I use socials for sure, however when you start from 0, promos are a good kick start. Shout outs from big paid profiles are great because of the kind of audience you gain (less time wasters). Most of people who do what I'm doing take profiles which are already profitable, what I'm doing is exactly the opposite. I fin very small profitable profiles that I think they have potential and try to make them profitable. It's like an investment of time and money hoping that in a future they'll make a lot so will I.
