Hey All!
My name is Shalev, I'm a singer/songwriter - I have a YouTube channel but I mainly focus on tiktok, so I've recently decided to open a second YouTube channel specifically for shorts.
most of my tiktok videos aren't as professional or high quality as I'm trying my main YouTube account to be, so I thought a second one just for shorts could be a good idea!

When posting shorts on my main channel, the video immediately got views from the shorts feed - but on the new channel (I've only just now posted the second short) I've been getting absolutely 0 views.
It isn't super surprising to me as this second channel has practically 0 subscribers, but I thought the YouTube algorithm should push shorts heavily? Was obviously not expecting a million views, but it not even being shown at all on the shorts feed seemed weird.

Would love some input on that if anyone has any! Thanks so much in advance.
Would share a link if needed in pm :D

You have to give your shorts time. Usually YT will stop pushing the video and stop at a specific point. Also your click time rate and watch time hours apply as well. Short can blow up after a few months. Just keep posting for 30 days and see results - I promise. Best of luck!

Thank you! Will do. Appreciate it! :D
