Flippa is in my opinion the worst marketplace for beginners. If you go there, you will waste a lot of time and money.

Flippa is crazy expensive in terms of fees. I was selling one my business, I got the buyer from flippa, and we did the transaction outside of it. But obviously it takes risk, you can always use escrow.
