I got locked out from my google ads (gmail) account.

today i got locked out from my account, and when i am signing in back its not asking for a recovery email only phone which i dont have access anymore. Is there any way i can get back to my account? i have all the details related to my account.




i am on the same devices same wifi everything is the same.

Seems like you did not add a recovery email and you added a phone number to the Google (Gmail) account. If you do not have access to that phone number, then forget this Google (Gmail) account and move on.
Beware of so called Google / Gmail account "recovery" services : They will scam you.

I did added a recovery email. but i am not getting the option to get a code on the recovery email only a phone number.

If a recovery email was added, then it would give an option such as "send a code to recovery email" ... And unfortunately there is no human involvement in Google's account recovery process apart from the account holder and the account holder is the only person who is able to attempt to recover his or her account.

Happens, even if you add email and remove phone they still sometimes ask for phone and no option of email

yeah, got a few accounts burned for the same reason. didn't have access to the phone, only to recovery email, but no option for email was given sadly...life goes on

Can't you just contact them by phone? I've talked to Google support in the past by phone, not for this issue specifically but and they've always been super helpful. I'm sure they'd be able to assist you with this.

Try contacing them by phone, as others have written. They are helpful and recovering an account can be easily done since you have all the intel.

Okay heres what you have to do to hav any chance :

1. MAKE SURE YOU USE EXACTLY THE SAME DEVICE BROWSER AND WIFI THAT YOU ALWAYS HAVE WITH THAT ACCOUNT
2. DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU NEVER LOGGED INTO ANY OTHER MACHINES OLD MACHINES ETC
3. WAS THE NUMBER A BURNER NUMBER? SEE IF YOU CAN FIND THAT BURNER NUMBER AGAIN
4. DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU DIDNT SAVE PASSWORD ON THE GOOGLE ACCOUNT ITSELF OR ON AA DIFFERNET BROWSER
5. HIT UP GOOGLE AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAINAGAIN UNTIL YOU GET SOMEONE WHO WILL HELP
6. LIKE OTHER GUY SAID IGNORE THE RECOVERY SCAMS FROM PEPLE
