Buget 75$-200$ / phone second, not new.

Buy a refurbished 10/10 condition Flagship Samsung Phone. In this range you can get older Flagships like the S10+, Note 9 etc. They are really easy to root have great battery life and have the processing power needed for this task.

It really depends on what you plan on using it but I'm presuming you are looking for max battery/processing power. In such case no need to use any branded providers and go for something like REALME C11 (75$) or some of HUAWEI models around that price range. They have worked for me just fine.

Of course if you are interested in phones that do not leak or give out too much data that would be tracked back to you and would be most suitable for tiktok uploading - get some used iPhone 6 or 6s + if you are from the EU, when purchasing them from a thrift store you get an additional warranty.
