I started with a search campaign which got impressions and clicks but,
Lately when i launched 2 video campaigns, even though they were approved
and eligible , they have got no or 0 impressions and not seem to work at all despite its already more than 72 hours
Any of you guys has a clue regarding this

You check either your cpc/cpv or your targeted region.
If your cpc is good, duplicate that campaign and pause the first.

Did you look on today's report?

If so,
try to raise your bid

change the campaing target to - no target,
choose cpv, and set it like 2 cents (0.02$) and check if you get traffic

You're not the only one, I have launched from 4 different accounts but no impressions even though eligible, strange thing is if you create video from google video creator within adwords it's gets impressions but not your actual video uploaded from your channel.

Are your keyword showing status of Low search Volume? Please check it once.
else, which bid strategy you are following? If it is manual then check the bids.

There can be many reasons here.

Once I noticed when I switched to ECPC Google automatically switched my Max CPC to 0.01. Wasn't getting impressions for 24 hours until I noticed it. Maybe check if you're facing anything like this.

Are you in a low competition sector that doesn't have a lot of customers?

Increase your budget
Increase bid
Don't use long tile keywords or narrow search option
or set it to auto, google will place your ads

It means your ads are still under review most likely.
