Need advice buying a site

Hello! I am a newbie when it comes to websites and was wondering if some kind person who has experience could give me some advice and guide me to buying a site or two that I have been looking at. I need hell making sure if it is a good deal or not.

Hey man, you would probably get some more help if you offer to pay someone $5-$10 USD or something to review the sites for you. More money if the person is a website broker or something themselves.

Don't just add random people who reply here to look at your sites. They can just take them for themselves if they are good deals and 99% of people just pretend to be experts but really don't know enough about what to look for.

Don't go with any tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush etc. Just look at his analytics reports. See the traffic growth. are these constant or not. Beside that, buy the niche you love or have passion for. Best wishes to your new endeavor.

I disagree. Ahrefs and SEM Rush provide metrics that are just as valuable as what you'll find in the analytics.

And if we only bought sites in markets we're passionate about, that would severely limit our options.

What I tried to let you know is that SEMrush and Ahrefs use algorithms to count traffic. They just make an overall estimation of traffic based on your SERP's position. On the other hand, Google Analytics provides real traffic and impressions. Google's bot tracks clicks with analytics code. You can't expect Hubspot to get 45.3K traffic when it is positioned 21 in the SERP for a brand name search for "Facebook". Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/JwBhCZMBKMoE . What do you think?

I meant using Ahrefs/SEM Rush to look at metrics such as backlinks, internal linking, keyword research, etc.
