It actually depends on how the account is, if the account is completely new try now sending more than 8-10 DMs.
But as the account is aged and is pretty warmed up you can up to 15-25 DM's/Day (obviously not at the same time send only 3-5Dms/hour with different syntax.

if you want to send the DM to followers the limit is a little high you can send up to 30-60 Dm's/day.

You can send approx 25 to 30 easily. Before reching to 30 DM's a day make sure you post daily content. Never send the same message do different templates

I would say that the safe number is around not more than 15 per day in the beginning.

as many here said - depends on your account!
I used one of my old accounts for dms outreach a while ago, the account had 40K followers ish (all organically), so my trust score was pretty high on it.
was able to send around 100 dms a day, 30 per hour.

With a newer account, I'd put my limit at 5-10 per hour and around 30 per day if they're spaced out!
I know this is different from what others said here but that's my expirience.

just stick some where between 5 - 10 until your accounts are warmed a little .
