Sounds like you created your account on a flagged IP or user agent. Were you by chance using a VPN when you created it?

I had a very similar thing happen recently where I needed to secure a high value username and created a brand new account for the swap. Completely forgot I had my VPN enabled. In case you're not aware, VPNs typically have a very limited IP pool, with 90% of said IPs having already been flagged by the hundreds of people who used the exact same IP to execute some sketchy shit in the past. Lo and behold, got captcha'd the following day, placed on a 24-hour review, and subsequently perma-banned after inexplicably failing the review. The username is now unclaimable so big F for me I guess.

No VPN used. I was just creating an account as if I were a normal everyday user signing up.

It's serious, That is how IG works sometimes. We have had our new accounts getting blocked or banned sometimes for no reason, the accounts which we create for our mother child service or anything in general. Though the golden rule for any account to keep it going in the start is :

1.After creating an account, go very slow with whatever you do. Let it be posting, or any activity in general.
2.No links in bio atleast for a month until the account is created.
3.If you follow or dm users, start very slow and below the normal limits IG gives you.
4.Add a physical sim card number, email with a good email provider like gmail,gsuite or even outlook. Avoid russian, spammy or temp email providers at all costs.
5.Add 2fa or connect your facebook accounts, it's a +1 to tell IG that this account is genuine and not spammy.
6.If possible run ads for a few $, Every company gives priority and trust to those accounts who pay them.

It seems that adding a phone number is a major trust factor and enabling 2FA appears to prevent a lot of nonsense from happening to your account.

I create throwaway Instagram accounts all the time and out of the list above I usually do: 2, 4, 5, and I never use dirty IPs, so no generic Proxies/VPNs.

It seems that adding a phone number is a major trust factor and enabling 2FA appears to prevent a lot of nonsense from happening to your account.

Ahh ok, I took the right precautions. I added a email and everything, I think phone number but maybe it was just some weird thing like instagram thought I was a bot.

They probably detected that you have created multiple accounts using the same ip address

So I just recently decided to create a new Instagram account today to post finance and motivation videos but randomly I was scrolling around on it and then it said instagram suspended me and deleted my account? What did I do wrong, it was a brand new account? I am unsure how to get it back because it had a username I liked? Anyone have any ideas?

Restore can only through support, if you have registered on your number and e-mail. I do not advise only registered account immediately fill with content, do a little bit, because the account first need to warm up, or buy an account that is already a few years, then this problem will not happen.

Some new accounts get disabled, even after creation, because they detect you as a "bot".
Happend to me 1 time, had to verify ID, phone and got my account back after talking years to support.

It seems to me that Instagram does not block for no reason. This is the social network that blocks the last. Contact support to find out why this happened.

Maybe you used a lot of bots? Or the phone number was not yours?
