3 Days Old Site Sold For 200$

I was just going through the "Just Sold" section at Flippa.com and came across this site.

BLACKHATSHARECASH.COM

The site was registered on the 18th Of Feb 2010

And sold for 200$ in just 3 days.

It's just a simple sales page!!

This goes to show how simple at times site flipping can become.

Yep - exactly. Prime example of a very basic site with something unique selling for a decent price. $200-$30 or so in flippa fees isn't bad profit for a days work.

I guess the site went for that much because it came with " a method" ? He actually sold the method and a relevant domain name. The site didn't have any affiliate revenue or ad revenue, only sales revenue that can not be verified . There are a lot of unknowns and questions that remain unanswered.... Nevertheless, he sold it using the strong bonus. Good to know what bait to use! Also nice job with the pick of the girl.

I also had almost sold a site for $200 (1 bid) which the age was really new. 2-5days, but my mistake was, I didn't make that bid reserve met (I was expecting higher). At the end of the auction, no more bidder (Got few watchers but performed nothing).

Relisted it again, sold for $50 (lol). My loss was around $50.

Terrible... my lessons..

This is not flipping, this is domain fishing. You have got good domain, you upload some text and simple design and sell it for $200.

Flipping will be to buy it for $200 and to sale it after 2 months for $2K
