Bought a package to improve my website.

After telling him what I needed it took ages to complete the work and I needed to repeat multiple times what I needed, even copying and pasting the same stuff I asked before!

And after the job was (poorly done), I even didn't asked anything more so I was enough of the service he delivered!

One month later I found a post from the username I left in case anything was needed after, and the main layout that he created was DELETED!!!

HE didn't deleted the subdomain as promised also.

First off, the package is a custom package and the theme installed on the site was not original theme. After somany plugins and other things installed on the site with over 400+ articles, its all a mess. I deeply regret accepting the package. For less than $120 I worked for at least 40+ hrs just because I accepted it which even caused delay in processing my other orders.
I have to redesign the site, if I have to build a site, I would take less than a week including content etc. But this, I have to redesign and theme files are messed up. 400+ articles with several images on them, I had to manually import and check multiple times as I add images manually. Because of the mess, plugin import wasn't working and the client did not give CPanel access. I asked several times. I had to do everything from dashboard which is a mess in the backend.

I submitted design first and he was happy with it but the import created problems which I had to work manually to ensure everything goes well.

Also, in between he did not appear for several days. Then I accepted other works in between, so I had to manage them once he came back.
It caused delay on my end, but I worked hard on it and delivered it.

I had to manually check each post, adjust image url path etc and I did it multiple times. Importing posts and pages is easy on wordpress but the orginal site backend was in a mess and I had to do manually. I wanted to take help of my VA, but the client asked not to. So, I did it myself.

My mistake is, since the files were mess and i have no access to files from CPanel, I had to install in multiple subdomains and work. I had the original and the other had my redesigned one.

For this package, I usually include themes and plugins of what I mentioned here. Because I have developer memberships to those sites. I can use them on multiple client sites. But because client has a theme from themeforest, I still purchased a license for $59 and gave the license for him too.

I did everything in my hands to satisfy.

Its been almost 2 months since the site is delivered, I even gave files download link so he could use them.

I forgot about it and now he says I did something on his site with the account i created.

What will I get if I change his site layout, plus I delivered all the files and accounts are his.

I don't know what happened or if someone hacked his site.
My only mistake is i forgot to remove the subdomain on which I worked. There were 3 in total, I removed 2 and did not remove the other one. First I don't know what changes he would ask, so I kept and later i forgot to remove. The other two I removed already. One has original site, the other one has my first modified one with post issues and the other one is what I was working to manually cross-check each posts and adjust urls and paths of images etc.
I put this one as under construction now, I did not login and will check account information.
For now that account has our name on it but email is not mine. It was imported from user database with his email used. Not my email, so I cannot login and make changes.

Plus I have already stopped taking orders on here. My health is not good and I am working on current projects to deliver and so stopped taking orders here. I also mentioned this in the thread (my previous post).

Even with the code mess which he admitted in the message. For this I had to clear several code errors to import the content to the new design. Even crawlers and import plugins did not work initially. All posts had layout issues when imported.
One can imagine how much it would take to modify 400+ posts manually.

I am disappointed and regret after putting in so much effort.

Unfortunately, my health is not good and I am not taking any new orders until 4th August. I have to complete the current ones. Most orders are delivered and 3 sites are left, I will be delivering them today and tomorrow.
Next I will be taking a break to rest and will restart my services on 5th August.

Although after the initial consultation, the OP finds himself unable to finish my project. He honestly admitted he couldn't do it so I could begin searching for a new service provider. This honesty is greatly appreciated.
