Porn reuploading legality Germany

Hey everyone!

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place but I just didn't knew where I post it

I live in Germany and I want to try porn reuploading method again, so last time I tried this 4 years ago and it was before moving to Germany from my third country home. Back then I had 0 worries about legal stuff, but now I am very worried about legal stuff because Germany is really strict. Does anyone here from Germany who know how to do those stuff without getting fined? I saw that many videos have no water mark, is it okay to use those? What If I make my own website and I Upload content on it and I use videos with their original water markt, is that ok? Tbh I have zero knowledge about Copyright stuff so I will appreciate the help!

Bigger problem is where to upload these days, things are quite different than 4 years ago. I know one guy from Germany who done uploading without problems for years. Once he mention me that operating a tube site will have issues there.

This is not anymore 2018, what worked then doesnt work anymore now. Try it for yourself and tell us. Most sites disabled or manually check them so its like very hard to let you upload reup content with cpa links or watermarks. A part time job in germany would pay you way more. And you can focus on developing your skills.
