Very competitive niche you're trying to sell into, especially if you didn't narrow it down to one specific area of that niche.
If you're just starting, my suggestion is to start with a very easy niche.
For example when I started my first Amazon affiliate website I picked the chairs niche, which is rather obscure compared to the popular niches.

I think nowadays with inflation people are way more careful about how they spend their money so it's kinda hard to get into affiliate marketing that focus on sales at the moment.
Maybe you should concentrate more in leads marketing or cpa as i always found this to be easier than trying to sell something. You could combine this with upsells in the end but it's a lot about testing what works for your products and offers.

Weightloss is broad and competitive niche and its difficult to make money. Narrow down it to sub niche, find the profitable sub- niche.
