Hello. I am going to provide digital services like:

Web Development
Restaurant point of sale system
Appointment booking system
Logo design

Most of the services I'm going to resell. My questions is what are the ways to promote the digital agency? I was always thinking about it and I never found a good way. Google adwords are too expensive, SEO competition is very HIGH and I won't be able to get the clients with SEO at the beginning.

Try to market your business locally first. I am sure there are companies in need of such services within your locality.

There are so many ways you can find clients. Use freelancing platforms such as UpWork or Fiverr, or post ads on Craigslist . Another way is to reach out to your local businesses and offer your services. Another effective way is to use cold email outreach.

I really do not think that cold outreach via phone would work.

Hi I am in a similar position but wondering how you organized the communication with the people you outsource your work to? how you keep tract of what is completed, what is in modification mode, what is still in progress...? I can`t imagine having all of this on emails once you have multiple orders per day.

For how much are you reselling the work? Let`s say you have a designer that makes you a logo for $25 for how much are you reselling it?

We use crm software manage stuff, clients, task and track everything
