There are 2 ways to handle reputation management:

1) Out rank the offending rankings with positive reviews, videos, press releases, twitter accounts, FB accounts, Articles, etc.

2) Penalize the offending page. (more difficult with sites like ripoffreport)

Our favorite approach is to flood the serps with good positive reviews and content about your company.

PDF and Document
Infographic
Audio/Pod-cast

Our Object is to clean first 3 pages. generally it take Upto 3 months.
