about payoneer verification for received payment

I've been using payoneer for 8 years now but recently I got a message from them they asked from some infos, but I don't understand some of their requested details,

one payment from PayPal and other from stripe, I'm working on dropshiping alongside CPA,
anyone here experienced the same request,
what should I provide exactly,
is there any chance they will ban my account for dropshipping or CPA?
any tip trick is highly appreciated

OK I think payoneer has your payment on hold to prevent money laundering on their platform you will have to show them the contract and the source of the payment from PayPal's end.

yes I know the reason, but what should I show them exactly, I just need someone already deal with this issue, so I don't have to do additional work for nothing.

Payment history : Not sure about that , Never faced it before
