why i can't create a facebook business account? it says "Unable to Create Account You Can't Use This Feature Right Now" how to fix this?

Then it's an FB issue, they decided your account isn't trustworthy or something.

You won't be able to open a BM with that, you may as well buy another account with BM already set up, then invite your original profile to be an admin in it.

Try creating it from the new interface using the Facebook Business Suite, or by associating an Instagram business account to a fanpage. This action also creates a business account.
