Hello. I'm starting an SEO agency and the first services that I am going to provide with are guest posts & niche edit links.

My plan is to do a cold outreach to potencial clients and suggest these services for them.

I am calling the ones who been there, done that - what was your experience with cold outreaching?

What other techniques could you suggest?

It's an overcrowded market now, outreach still works the difficult part is to find a quality property to link back in a specific budget.
So, you can do it yourself or hire someone because the finding quality sites and negotiating the price is an art.
There are people who just know how to build contacts and a healthy business relation and create a network.
The other difficult part is to find clients because quality outreach isn't cheap and clients paying good are minority in the SEO crowd.

I suck at most of these skills and that's why I prefer building PBN networks.
Quality PBN's are not cheap to build but they give good results and last for long term you just need to handle them carefully.

SEO agencies have increased in the last few years, you could try email & paid marketing along with cold calling. So you can save time and also contact many clients.
