It depends A LOT what AI you're using, how it has been trained and, especially, with what datasets it was trained.
Furthermore, it is very important WHAT and HOW you ask the AI to write something. This is called prompt engineering and it became a very important concept lately, especially with Transformers (GPT-2, GPT-3 etc) that are very good in performing multiple different tasks.
