[JOURNEY] Rank with Translated Content

This journey was a complete fail
I'm sorry to hear that. I was thinking of following your example and giving it a try. I'm going to set up a blogger themed site and make posts in English and then I plan to switch to other languages, maybe you will be impressed by my journey series and start again. I will tag you when I start my journey series.

If you know the language and can make the grammar edits, it works, here's an example

If you're just translating into a language you have no clue, this is what's going to happen

Fellow romanian I see.
I hope we don’t compete on the serps:D
I hope not but could be )) I notice almost any website in our country uses translated content it's insane.
Have to go through 4 sources to get a unique piece that isn't translated already, it's crazy ))

Yeah, but some are so garbage that my eyes hurt whenever I read their content.

Most of the time, I’m trying to find a legit answer for a problem on google but I end up finding one of these websites.

Obviously I don't have the ability to write in any language except my mother tongue. In fact, I want to do it in my own country, but there are many competitors in the niche I target in my country. I plan to make a site that is as originalized as possible, let's see what will happen.

The site was dead for months because there were other sites that translated the same articles I did, so Google saw my posts as duplicate.

After I decided to check them and saw they are plagiarized, I deleted all the duplicate posts. After 2 weeks the site started to get impressions and clicks, and I thought it was finally taking off, but the May update completely killed the site, now the site gets 0 impressions and 0 clicks.

I tried with content from expired domains, and then translated it from English to German. The content (both English and German) passed copyscape and 1text.... Initially my posts were getting indexed within a day. I also started getting impression and few clicks. But after few days my posts were not getting indexed or it was getting many days to get indexed. Then when i use operator site:domain on Google search, the number of post showing indexed were getting reduced every day...until it reaches 4. In GSC still it shows many posts are indexed but not with site:domain operator. I don't get any clicks or impression now.

I don't know why it got penalized, maybe expired content or Google is able to recognized translated content. Or maybe because I have used expired domain.
