Account suspended, should I appeal?

To grow my Twitter account organically I tried posting news from an RSS feed with IFTTT and then Twitter decided to ban the account.

From what I can see in the TOS, posting from RSS is explicitly allowed, and it's not like I was spamming too much (15-20 posts per day tops) nor were the articles controversial in any way. The strategy seemed to be working as I was also getting some organic reactions to my tweets.

Should I appeal the suspension and point them to their own ToS or just consider the account lost? The latter would be a shame, since it's the account for a money site.

Yes you should appeal to figure out the reason of your account suspension.

Appeal. They don’t even ask you password which is quite weird

Yes you should appeal and lower down auto post to less then 10.

Always appeal. If appeal is denied, appeal again. If that is denied, appeal again. Give them a different sad story when you appeal. I've been told over and over my account was permanently banned and would NEVER be unbanned. 3 days later another agent apologizes and unbans me. Twitter is so dumb when it comes to support, but it can work in our favor sometimes.

You should definitely appeal it. For most parts, suspensions can be overseen by a human checker so the chances are good that you'd get your account back if you suspect you haven't gone against their ToS or some such. You have nothing to lose by trying either, so go for it.

Thanks for the tips, I'll appeal and see how it goes. I was a bit concerned that if they reject it for some reason I wouldn't be able to appeal again, but in any case the account is useless while it's suspended, so... not much to lose.

Appeal to them. Side by side make a dummy twitter account and follow the same practice and see what they do to this account.
