Hi, everyone.

I was notified and refunded from Copy.AI due to them not allowing adult content-related articles on their platform. I could not find this in their ToS, but they refunded me and said I cannot use their platform for my website and the content I am trying to create. Support stated that "the content I am trying to create is not supported by our AI provider." There is nothing illegal about the content and my content provides assistance and guidance for couples in a particular adult niche.

Does anyone know of AI platforms that allow content and articles that are related to the adult niche? I figured I would ask since this blindsided me as this was not in the copy.ai ToS. I am afraid I will run into this issue on other AI platforms as well.

Hello, all AI Writer services that use the OpenAI API do not allow you to use their services if the content is about adult

Topics of the content do not violate OpenAI’s Content Policy or Terms of Use, e.g., are not related to political campaigns, adult content, spam, hateful content, content that incites violence, or other uses that may cause social harm.

So your best bet is to find an AI Writer service that doesn't use openai API.

Hey, I know the owner of Riku AI used to have a specific finetuned model for adult content writing, based on AI21 which I think has no issues with adult, maybe it was merged with content villian which is his general ai tool, you might want to check that out.
