Should I disavow these links?

My site got hit in May update. My site has 55 links from a single website and I think that this is negatively affecting my site. I didn't build those links. Should I disavow these links?

The following table is copied from Search console-

Domain 1	55	6
Domain 2	29	4
Domain 3	10	1

No, no. Don't do that. 55 links or 550 links even if they are spam won't hurt your SEO. If you got hit in May update, there is nothing you can do in that.

Domain might have recently expired.

Check if it comes back occasionally.
