2nd to this. This way you'll be targeting highly relevant users. Make sure to use the pitch of YouTube insights and how it can benefit them in your message.

Have you tried finding clients on YouTube? Find channels that have a decent amount of subscribers so you know they are making money. Go to their profile about page. See if their email is listed and send them an email.

Compliment them on their channel. Tell them the service you provide. Present a case study on how you helped someone else and the results they got from it. Save them time, got them more views, more subscribers, etc. Show them work that you've done.

Have a CTA that leads to a phone call or try to sell them through email. Try and see what works.
