Delivery Sucks in India :(

How do you people manage deliveries to customers? Don't you find it pathetic? Any recommendations for delivery aggregators? Nimbus Post sucks their delivery partners don't work well. All time my packets get invisible and never come in return.
Need expert's advice.

I heard to know that Ship Rocket has acquired a new delivery company. It could be helpful? As they will have no issue aggregating with other delivery companies where employees do what they want.

Do you have dtdc where your company is operated? I used to work for a e comm company once upon a time, who did 20-30 orders a day with them. I am almost sure they still use the same provider.

never heard about nimbuz post like companies in india. why dont u use blue dart etc?

I was the developer there. So, I am not good with your short terms.

I did have access to the orders and I have seen deliveries ranging from a day for same city to 3-4 days in other cities . I am not sure what you mean by rto.

As for returns, it wasn’t too much. Like may be 1-2 each day, which was returned to the warehouse just fine (and then they would repack the product and send to another customer.. It is an eyewear company btw).
