There is nothing like making passive income from a website : those days are gone. Nowadays, to earn from a website, there is always active work required on an ongoing basis, unless ofcourse you are fine earning around US$10 a month (and that also just for a few months only).
Be careful, if not you may end up spending (actually wasting) US$1000 buying the dream that Tai Lopez, etc sell for earning a "passive" internet income.

For passive income, you would need to go deep into niche research, find a niche with a converting offer / big commission affiliate product, where the competition is none. These are gold mines and very hard to find, even if you do, you won't know how it converts and what the ROI is until you rank. It's more of a coincidence tbh. Just put in the work like the rest of us, or go do something else

Your question contains the answer in itself. If you can 'realize any website' then it's a purely numerical game. Even $10/mo puts you at $120/year which is significantly more than the cost of domain and hosting.
Develop yourself a formula first that puts you at a 200%+ profit then just scale it with your development skills. The formula could be whatever puts you at profit, or drives traffic. If I understood correctly, you want to make some type of a website that later would help you make some passive money, and you're looking for ideas about it. I would say that before you start creating any type of site, you have to first do thorough research and find niches that you would like to orientate your site on, explore the market and find some aspects that aren't so saturated and where you could really make some kind of contribution. Some ways to earn passive money from site is to upload to it some e-books or some other elements, like for example, some courses, tutorials, to sell something via it, like some website components or design solutions, there are a lot of choices. But, to be able to do this, you first need to get people to know about you and your site, they will be ready to but from you only if they have some kind of confidence and that you can achieve by extent promotion on social media.

movie site is your best choice.
Movie site? It's wild, to be honest. If movie streaming/dl, then it is high risk and a lot of hectic process for earning money through them. Review website? Then it is no more passive. Movie list site? then it's not good...We already got IMDB. No one can beat it.

To earn reasonable amount of passive income, u need to be really active at initial stage. Need huge efforts, sleepless day and night to build passive income.

Do u think making an adult site or file sharing site could bring in good income?
For an adult site, I don't think it is profitable because, in past, I worked with my friend who runs an adult site (not tube), Every month, he pays around 15$ for hosting, He even got ads on his website but he earns around 5$ every month for 200K+ visitors every month. Of course, he cannot put annoying ads like popups or else people won't return to his site. And for Tube Site, It's hardly any profit if you only rely on ads, Return of Investment is Negative.
for File sharing sites, It can become a Good Business if done with proper planning.

Imo if your friend would have added at least one popunder he could have made at least 150$-200$. With file sharing site how can one compete with MediaFire who offers storage at super cheap prices?
He added three popups, Earning was only around 8-9$. It's not worth so He stopped using popups.
Mediafire, They have a large user base, So they can provide cheap prices for everyone because not everyone gonna use a complete 1 TB. If 1TB Storage is costing you around 15$ or more, then just price it 10$, just like Mediafire or even cheaper if you like to. Because avg people will use a max of 100-200GB of storage. there might be some users who will use a complete 1TB to not waste a single penny but that's fine because costs will be covered by other users. so, on a macroscopic level, People are using 200GB on avg for 1TB plan.
At the initial stage of the website, Heavy users will buy your subscription to store files. means, they can use completely 1TB. So yeah, for starting, you may need to coverup the loses from your own pocket, but in long term, it will benefit you.

There is no such thing as passive income ! Better to show your ass on chaturbate to strangers and earn easy money! It's almost passive and without much work you just need to got a nice ass . Give it a try

@Okaku Make a study and list of revenue streams, and figure out to the best of your knowledge which ones will suit you to work on first, and then make progress & research on each of them, managing them as you go along and adjusting depending on results. I work on about 40 income channels. None of any are truly passive. Even for the primarily passive ones, business accounting still takes time! But your job is to build efficient systems that give you results for the time you spend on them.

The only passive thing is showing ass to strangers and earn tips . even this thing isn't totally passive it needs you to got a nice and shiny ass . easy-peasy method
